Job Description

Preferred Female Only

Timings : 1pm to 11pm

Locations : Sector 7, Sector 17, HLP Galleria Mohali


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  2. Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
  3. Handle reservations, waiting lists, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  4. Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating.
  5. Address guest concerns courteously and ensure an excellent dining experience.


Key Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Pleasant personality with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  3. Customer-focused attitude with strong hospitality skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Freshers or candidates with prior hospitality/customer service experience are welcome.
