  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
  • Control inventory, reduce wastage, and manage food and beverage costs.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
