Job Description

  • Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
  • Guide customers regarding ACs, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and other appliances
  • Explain product features, pricing, offers, warranties, and financing options
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with installation and delivery teams for smooth customer experience
  • Maintain showroom presentation, product display, and cleanliness
  • Update customer inquiries and follow-ups properly
  • Support during seasonal promotions, events, and brand campaigns
