Greet and assist customers in the store

Help customers select suitable innerwear, activewear, and apparel products(Jockey)

Explain product features, sizes, fabric, and ongoing offers

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Handle billing and payment transactions at the counter

Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays

Arrange stock and monitor inventory availability

Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally

Support trial room and customer service activities

Promote new arrivals, discounts, and membership programs

Coordinate with store staff and managers for smooth store operations

Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
