Role Overview
We are looking for a Application & Sales Support to support our expanding operations from our company. This role blends technical expertise, clinical support, training, and field coordination with hospitals and sales teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about medical devices, patient care, and learning advanced technologies in obstetrics and pain management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Clinical Support
- Provide technical support for ELLE TENS devices at hospitals and clinics
- Assist doctors, nurses, and labour room staff during device usage and demos
- Ensure correct installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of devices
Training & Education
- Conduct product training for nurses, doctors, dealers, and internal teams
- Support live demonstrations during deliveries when required
- Help build structured training modules and SOPs
Field & Coordination Work
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for hospital-level activities
- Support dealer and distributor networks with technical guidance
- Travel within Karnataka and occasionally across India for trainings and demos
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain service reports, training records, and feedback
- Ensure adherence to medical device protocols and ethical standards
- Assist in audits, product feedback collection, and improvements
