Visa Counsellor

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and immigration processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, and others. The candidate should guide students or travelers through the complete visa filing process and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with embassy requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application forms.
• Guide students/travelers on interview preparation and documentation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration and visa policies.
• Coordinate with embassies, colleges, universities, and immigration authorities.
• Handle client queries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain records of applications and follow-up status.
• Ensure high success rates through proper guidance and accurate filing.
