Our solutions include Learning Management Systems (LMS), Education CRM, Mobile Apps, Websites, Marketing Automation ( WhatsApp & Email), Workflow Automation, and other tools that help educators scale their businesses.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a passion for SaaS sales and the industry. The ideal candidate should understand selling, possess strong sales fundamentals, and confidently position our products against competitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.

Connect with inbound leads through calls, video meetings, and follow-ups.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain the platform's features and benefits to prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with educators, coaching institutes, creators, and online training organizations.

Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.

Develop compelling offers and value propositions to increase conversion rates.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Coordinate with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product team.

Follow up consistently until successful closure.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required Skills

Strong selling and solution-selling approach.

Strong sales fundamentals, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, pitching, closing, and follow-up.

Ability to identify customer pain points and present ROI-driven solutions.

Understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Competitive mindset with the ability to differentiate products from competitors.

Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Mandatory).

1–2 years of SaaS Sales experience will be an added advantage.
