What we're looking for:

  • Passion for women's fashion and styling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and convincing personality with strong sales skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and creating customer engagement is a plus.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with styling and outfit selection.
  • Recommend products based on customers' preferences and body types.
  • Drive sales while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Maintain the studio's visual merchandising and presentation.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
