YRS Prefab is looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Female Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Chandigarh.

• Job ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming customer calls professionally.
• Explain YRS Prefab products and services to customers.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM/Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support.
• Candidate Requirements✔ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• ✔ Prior experience in customer handling, telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support.
• ✔ Good knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
• ✔ Professional attitude with a pleasant personality.
• ✔ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
