Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• Identify and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as performance, security, scalability, and usability
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Manage requirement traceability and change requests
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SRS and FRS documentation
  • Requirement gathering techniques
  • Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
• Experience working across multiple domains
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
