- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- Identify and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as performance, security, scalability, and usability
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Manage requirement traceability and change requests
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of:
- SRS and FRS documentation
- Requirement gathering techniques
- Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
- Experience working across multiple domains
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
