Senior Project Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage engineering and construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Engineering & Construction industry, with strong expertise in project planning, labour management, client coordination, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee engineering and construction projects within budget and timelines.
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labour teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and project specifications.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, prepare reports, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 10 Years
• English: Basic English
• Preferred Industry: Engineering & Construction
