Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, grow online communities, execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations where applicable.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with content planning and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and social media advertising.
