Job Description

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for a Counter Sales / Store Executive to handle retail and counter customers for our wide range of hardware, industrial, electrical,

plumbing and engineering products.

The candidate should be comfortable dealing directly with customers, understanding their requirements, providing prices and coordinating material supply from the store.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers at the sales counter.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Provide product prices and check stock availability.
• Handle counter sales for hardware, tools, electrical and industrial materials.
• Prepare quotations, bills and sales orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for material picking and dispatch.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain good relationships with regular customers, contractors and technicians.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the company's different product categories.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct product, size or specification.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the sales counter.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams regarding stock requirements.
• Support stock checking and inventory-related activities when required.
