Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and customer support for ERP, GST, and POS software
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and remote support
- Troubleshoot software, database, and application-related issues
- Assist clients with software installation, setup, and training
- Support and maintain existing ERP, GST billing, and POS applications
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixing and feature enhancements
- Generate and manage reports, data handling, and database support
- Maintain proper records of customer issues and resolutions
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other productivity tools for office work, documentation, communication, troubleshooting, and workflow improvement
Requirements✅ Basic knowledge of Visual FoxPro (VFP), .NET, SQL, or DBF databases
✅ Understanding of ERP, GST billing, or POS software systems
✅ Familiarity with GST structure and billing workflows
✅ Good communication and customer handling skills
✅ Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues
✅ Knowledge of remote desktop and support tools
✅ Must know how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools effectively for office and support-related tasks
✅ Ability to write clean documentation and maintain proper support records
- Job TimingMonday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM
- Saturday: Half-day
