Visa Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Visa Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist students and applicants in understanding and completing the visa application process for studying or migrating abroad. You will be responsible for offering expert advice, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth visa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about visa procedures for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.
• Guide students on visa documentation, timelines, and interview preparation.
• Handle student queries effectively through calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws and visa policies.
• Coordinate with students, parents, and immigration authorities as needed.
• Track and follow up on applications to ensure timely processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in education, communication, or related).
• Prior experience in visa counseling or overseas education consultancy is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
