Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential prospects to introduce offerings, schedule appointments, or drive sales.
- Inbound Support: Answer customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information, call notes, and follow-up actions.
- Sales & Pitching: Use tailored scripts to explain product benefits, handle objections, and close sales.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and sales targets.
