Job Description

  • Outbound Calling: Contacting prospective clients using provided scripts to pitch products, services, or offers.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Receiving incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identifying potential sales opportunities and maintaining regular follow-up with interested prospects.
  • Database Management: Logging all call outcomes, successful deals, and customer feedback into the company database or Example CRM Tools.
  • Target Achievement: Working consistently to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets
