• Role: Telesales Representative (PCD – Propaganda Cum Distribution)
• Age: 20 – 40 years
• Gender: Both genders allowed
• Education: Graduate
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Minimum 6 months
• Shift: Day (Full Time)

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential distributors for PCD Franchise opportunities
• Promote pharmaceutical products and company offerings over the phone
• Generate leads and convert them into distributors/business partners
• Handle inbound queries and provide product information
• Maintain database of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly telesales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective pharma distributors
• Explain PCD terms, product lists, and commercial policies
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team for conversions
• 🛠 Required Skills:
• Good communication & persuasive skills
• Telesales / Telecalling experience
• B2B sales exposure
• Pharma marketing / PCD experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products
• Lead generation & follow-up skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Customer engagement & objection handling
• 💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
• Incentives: ₹20,000+ (Performance-based)
