Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Address and resolve customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical product support and pre-sales assistance.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring end-to-end resolution.
  • Maintain service quality standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Log all interactions and updates accurately in the internal systems.

* Shift: Rotational Shift

* Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off
