Position: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary: Hamein apne Immigration aur Visa Consultancy office ke liye energetic aur target-oriented Telecallers (Male/Female) ki zaroorat hai. Aapka main kaam phone par clients ko visa services ki jankari dena aur unhe office visit ke liye taiyar karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Karna Hoga):

  • Diye gaye data par rozana calling karna aur immigration process samjhana.
  • Potential clients ka follow-up lena aur unhe Mohali office me walk-in ke liye bulana.
  • Daily calling aur monthly target ko har haal me poora karna.
  • Rozana ki calls aur leads ka record Excel sheet me maintain karna.

Requirements & Skills (Kya Khubiyan Honi Chahiye):

  • Hindi aur Punjabi bolne me bilkul perfect hona chahiye.
  • Clients ko convince karne ki achhi kala (convincing power) honi chahiye.
  • Basic Computer aur WhatsApp chalana aana chahiye.
  • Immigration line ka pehle ka experience ho toh preference di jayegi (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain).
