Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound calls to interact with customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
• Explain products or services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Follow up with customers for feedback or further communication
• Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good listening and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Time management and multitasking skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (optional but beneficial)
