Job Title: Chat Executive
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Chat Executives to handle customer queries through chat support channels. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in chat processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat support professionally.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain proper chat records and follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Good typing speed and multitasking ability.
- Customer handling and objection resolution skills.
- Basic computer and chat handling knowledge.
Qualification:
- Graduate with good communication skills.
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in Chat Process.
- Salary:Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
- Working Days: 6days
- Qualification:Graduates preferred.
- Experience:Experience in the chat process customer service
