Job Description
Role Overview
This role sits at the front line of the dealership’s customer experience—handling walk-ins, managing incoming service calls, and driving sales through outbound calling. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in converting enquiries into showroom visits, service bookings, and sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales or service team
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming showroom experience at all times
- Manage visitor records and basic front desk administration
Incoming Calls (Service & General Enquiries)
- Handle inbound calls related to vehicle servicing, bookings, and general queries
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
- Provide accurate information on service timelines, processes, and basic pricing
- Ensure quick resolution or proper escalation of customer concerns
Telemarketing & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to generate interest in vehicles, offers, and dealership campaigns
- Follow up with existing leads to drive showroom visits and test rides
- Re-engage inactive or past customers for repeat business and referrals
- Maintain a structured calling plan and daily call targets
Telesales Support
- Convert warm leads into appointments for the sales team
- Promote add-on services, exchange programs, and finance options over calls
- Support sales campaigns by driving participation through calling efforts
Data Management & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, enquiries, and bookings in the system
- Track lead status and follow-ups diligently
- Coordinate closely with sales and service teams for seamless customer handling
What Success Looks Like (KRAs)
- High conversion of calls → showroom visits / service bookings
- Consistent achievement of outbound calling and lead generation targets
- Strong customer satisfaction at the front desk and on calls
- Low missed calls and quick response time
- Effective coordination between customer, sales, and service teams
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (regional language + Hindi/English)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Strong phone etiquette and confidence in handling calls
- Ability to multitask between front desk, calls, and coordination
- Basic computer skills (CRM/Excel familiarity is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Eligibility
Education:
- Graduate / Diploma / 12th pass
Experience:
- 0–2 years in customer service, front desk, telecalling, or telesales
- Experience in automobile dealerships, call centers, or service environments is a plus
