Job Description
Visa Counsellor to guide clients through study abroad and immigration processes. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients on suitable courses, universities, and visa options for countries like the UK, Canada, and Australia, while assessing their profiles and providing accurate guidance. The role includes handling documentation, assisting with application filing, ensuring timely visa processing, and maintaining regular follow-ups with clients to update them on their application status. The counsellor will also coordinate with universities and internal teams, while working towards achieving monthly targets and contributing to overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in immigration or study abroad counselling, strong knowledge of visa procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
