Key Responsibilities of Visa Counsellor :-
- Assess client eligibility for immigration, study, work, or visit visas
- Provide accurate information on visa options, requirements, and processes
- Advise clients on documentation and application procedures
- Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy
- Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and country-specific changes
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide post-visa guidance and handle refusals or reapplications
