Job Description
- To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws and policies
- Maintaining database on daily basis for the team
- Meet the assigned targets given to his/her team
- Team management
- Responding to client queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa needs
- Regular follow-ups with the leads and clients via calls and emails
- Assist and guide clients through the immigration process and documentation
- Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients
