Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Client Counseling: Assess client profiles, education, and travel history to recommend suitable visa categories (study, work, permanent residency).
- Documentation & Processing: Guide clients in gathering, preparing, and reviewing documents (forms, financial records, SOPs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Application Submission: Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers to submit applications and track progress.
- Visa Guidance & Updates: Provide accurate information on changing immigration policies and laws for various countries.
- Sales & Conversion: Convert inquiries into successful cases, actively following up to meet monthly individual and team targets.
- Client Management: Build trust, resolve queries, and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the visa process
