Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins
- Explain courses, career opportunities, fees, and batch details
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Counsel students and parents professionally
- Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the marketing and management team
- Build strong relationships with potential students
- Help organize workshops, seminars, and admission activities
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Confident and positive personality
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with phone calling and WhatsApp communication
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Passion for media, filmmaking, or creative industry is a bonus
- Prior counseling/sales experience preferred
