Position: Visa Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students/clients regarding study visa, tourist visa, visitor visa, work permit, and PR services.

• Guide clients in selecting suitable countries, colleges, universities, or visa categories according to their profile.
• Explain visa process, documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, and financial requirements.
• Handle walk-in clients, telephonic inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online queries professionally.
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients and convert leads into enrollments.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa documentation.
• Coordinate with admission teams, universities, and embassy requirements.
• Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
• Keep updated knowledge of immigration rules, embassy policies, and visa updates for countries like Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, and New Zealand.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly admission and visa targets assigned by management.
• Coordinate with tele callers and marketing teams for lead management.
• Verify client documents and ensure authenticity before submission.
• Support clients during interview preparation and pre-departure guidance.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of visa filing and documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
• Ability to handle pressure and sales targets.
• Professional behavior and positive attitude.

Qualification :

• Graduation preferred.
• Experience in immigration/study visa industry is an advantage.
