Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and organized Operation Manager to manage daily travel operations and ensure smooth delivery of travel services. The candidate will coordinate bookings, vendors, hotels, transport partners, and customer support while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day travel and tour operations

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners

• Handle bookings, itineraries, and customer requests

• Supervise operations team and ensure timely execution

• Resolve customer issues and maintain service standards

• Monitor costs, reports, and operational performance

• Ensure smooth coordination for domestic and international packages

Requirements:

• Experience in Tour & Travel / Hospitality industry preferred

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Knowledge of travel booking processes and itinerary planning

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
