Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring inventory movement, coordinating inward and outward shipments, and ensuring proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of inventory received, stored, and dispatched.

Perform regular stock counting and physical verification.

Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.

Ensure proper product labeling and storage.

Inward & Outward Operations

Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against purchase documents.

Coordinate unloading, inspection, and storage of inventory.

Prepare and verify products for dispatch.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of warehouse movements.

Maintain records of inward and outward transactions.

Warehouse Operations

Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of products.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the warehouse.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth movement of goods.

Assist in reducing inventory losses, damages, and stock discrepancies.

Reporting & Documentation

Update inventory records in Excel or inventory management systems.

Maintain stock registers and warehouse documentation.

Prepare daily reports on stock movement and inventory status.

Support management during inventory audits.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle physical inventory and warehouse activities.

Strong discipline and organizational skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is required.
