Academic Researcher Cum Content Associate Internship

Role Overview

We are looking for a candidate to join our Academic Research team and create impactful academic content. This role is central to Learn Basics’ value delivery. Academic Researchers play a vital role in shaping students’ learning journeys through high-quality content and well-designed questions. The role involves working closely with CBSE and ICSE Mathematics and Science concepts for Grades 6-10. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy simplifying complex topics and influencing how students learn.

Key Responsibilities Skills & Competencies

• Design curriculum - aligned, easy-to-understand content in Mathematics and Science.
• Develop student-centric teaching methodologies and engaging learning experiences for each concept.
• Craft a wide range of practice questions, and assessments for each chapter - from basic to higher order thinking levels.
• Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for structured content creation and organization.

Skills & Competencies 

• Passion to Learn - Demonstrates a strong passion and genuine interest to learn Mathematics and Science concepts of Grade 6 to 10.
• Content Development Skills - Ability to create clear, structured, and curriculum-aligned learning materials, including explanations, assessments, and practice questions.
• Communication Skills - Excellent proficiency in English in both written and verbal with the capability to communicate effectively across teams and to create effective contents.
• Research Skills - Capability to research curriculum-based concepts thoroughly, identify accurate and reliable sources, and derive insights to design simplified teaching approaches, practice questions, and high-quality learning materials.
• Strong Academic Background - A minimum CGPA of 7.5 is required.
• Technical Proficiency - Strong computer skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, along with the willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
• People & Collaboration Skills - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, handle diverse individuals professionally and contribute positively to shared goals. 

Hiring Process 

• There will be two rounds of tasks to evaluate your conceptual knowledge and computer handling skills
• Followed by a Live Assessment Session and HR Interview
