Job Description

  •  Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming guests on arrival and assisting with check-in/check-out
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and facilities
  • Coordinating with departments (housekeeping, front office, F&B)
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and personalized service
  • Managing VIP guests and special arrangements

  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
