Account Assistant

About the Company:

Tulsi Weaves is a premium saree retail store known for quality products and a strong customer experience. We are looking for a dependable Accounts Assistant to support our daily financial and store operations.

Role Overview:

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, and basic financial record-keeping, while also coordinating with the store team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales and billing records
• Enter and update financial data in Excel and/or accounting software
• Assist with invoicing, purchase entries, and stock-related records
• Perform basic cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Support inventory tracking in coordination with store staff
• Organize and maintain proper documentation of transactions
• Assist with preparing simple reports when required

Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel and/or accounting tools like Tally
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and handle routine tasks efficiently
