Job Summary : SmartTech Insurance Brokers is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 2 years of experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Process payroll and manage employee expense claims
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good understanding of taxation and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
