Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Day to day cash bank transactions, balance sheet and P&L account, internal statutory audit, bank audit.
Liaison with bank and statutory authorities, sales tax and income tax account
Advances and control accounts
Day to day posting of entries in cash and bank accounts.
Preparation of vouchers and cheques
Reconciliation of various accounts.
Document Management: Prepare, edit, and file various documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Support HR, accounts, and operations teams as needed
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency with computers and general office management software's
- TALLY knowledge is compulsory
Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
