Sales Executive

Imai Flora is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into orders for garlands, flower decorations, wedding flowers, and special event floral arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable floral products and services.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and orders.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up status.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Coordinate with the team regarding confirmed orders.
• Requirements Fluent in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
• Good communication and sales skills.
• Smartphone, laptop and internet connection required.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
