Job Description

  • Visit customers as per the daily route plan.
  • Collect outstanding payments and issue receipts as per company policy.
  • Negotiate payment commitments and resolve customer queries.
  • Update collection status, visit reports, and customer feedback in the system.
  • Trace customers who have changed their address or contact details.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Coordinate with the office team regarding payment updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively.
