Experience :
3-5 years
Screening Parameters:
- Ability to Identify and shortlist suitable commercial/residential properties
- Understanding of Lease agreements (registration, renewal, termination)
- Experience in dealing with Brokers, landlords, developers
- Experience in handling - certain admin works also: Repairs & maintenance
- Utility management (electricity, water, internet)
- Ability to Handle escalations independently
- Take ownership of issues until closure
- Willingness to Travel frequently, handle multiple locations
- Candidate should be brought up in Chennai
- Candidate must be familiar with local language
