Job Description
- Attend and respond promptly to all incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Understand customer transportation requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Generate quotations and follow up with customers until booking confirmation.
- Convert incoming leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle allocation and customer support.
- Update customer details, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
