Job Description


Job Title: Accounts & Admin Intern


Duration: 6 months


Stipend: Rs. 7000/- per month


Location: Chennai (Tambaram, Perungudi)


Experience: Freshers


Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com



Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Intern to support daily accounting operations and administrative functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial record maintenance, basic accounting processes, and office administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all activities. Post Internship period, the candidate will be considered for a permanent position within the organization based on their performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounts Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions

Prepare invoices, bills, and related documentation

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups

Handle petty cash and monitor expense records

Assist in basic accounting and reconciliation activities


Administrative Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling and calendar coordination

Oversee inventory and office supplies management

Handle general office administration and coordination tasks

Maintain records, files, and documentation


Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Freshers

Strong willingness to learn and grow

Good organizational and time management skills
