Job Description

Job Summary:The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure efficient production. The role involves monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Set up machines before production runs (calibration, cleaning, adjustments)
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or defects
  • Maintain production records and logs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
