Job Description

Assembly: Position, align, and fasten components to create complete products or subassemblies using tools and, when necessary, hoists.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and follow complex technical drawings, schematics, and blue prints to understand assembly instructions.

Quality Control: Inspect and test components and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and high-quality standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and calibrate assembly tools and machinery for operational efficiency.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve assembly problems, such as defective parts or fitment issues, and report issues to supervisors.

Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean workspace, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations (e.g., PPE usage).

Inventory Management: Monitor part levels, report shortages, and gather
