Job Description

Enseigner Private Limited is hiring an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime and billing operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Prime (mandatory).

• Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment entries.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Process vendor payments and customer receipts.

• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor petty cash and track expenses.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, etc.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory).

• Sound understanding of accounting principles.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and billing (mandatory).

• Male candidates preferred.
