Accounts Manager

Mandatory Requirement·       Hands-on experience in GST filing and GST compliance is mandatory.

·       Should independently handle GST return preparation and reconciliation.

·       Strong practical knowledge of GST input/output reconciliation.

·       Experience coordinating with Auditor/CA.

Key Responsibilities·       Oversee complete accounting operations of the company.

·       Manage accounts payable and receivable.

·       Monitor bank transactions and cash flow.

·       Coordinate GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

·       Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis.

·       Handle vendor reconciliation and payment schedules.

·       Coordinate inventory accounting and stock audits.

·       Lead and supervise accounts team.

·       Coordinate with warehouse, stores, and management.

·       Support audit and internal control processes.

Required Skills·       Strong accounting and finance knowledge

·       GST and taxation expertise

·       ERP/accounting software knowledge

·       Advanced MS Excel skills

·       Leadership and team handling

·       Analytical and problem-solving ability

·       Good communication and coordination

Preferred Qualifications·       B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter

·       7–12 years of experience

·       Retail / FMCG / Distribution industry experience preferred
