Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive for our food industry business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating with customers regarding orders and services, and maintaining positive customer relationships to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
- Explain company products, offers, and services to customers.
- Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding customer requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.
- Maintain proper call records and reports.
- Promote restaurant services, catering, bulk orders, and special offers.
