Job TitleArchitect
Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and supervise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and engineers, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Develop 2D and 3D models for residential/commercial projects
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and supervise project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare project estimates, presentations, and documentation
- Modify designs based on client requirements and project needs
- Review construction quality and resolve design-related issues
