Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries related to construction materials and civil products.
- Visit project sites and coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for timely material delivery.
- Monitor project progress and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payment status with clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Support management in achieving sales and project targets.
- Maintain good relationships with builders, architects, and contractors.
- Resolve customer complaints and site-related issues professionally.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of construction materials and civil works.
- AutoCAD
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and site visits.
