Audit Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Audit to handle daily accounting operations, assist in tax filings, and support audit-related activities. The role involves working with accounting software, coordinating with clients, managing compliance tasks, and preparing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare and maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers

·       Provide support in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation, filing of returns, and tax compliance.

·       Maintain client coordination and deliver prompt solutions to their needs.

·       Assist in ROC filings and statutory documentation.

·       Handle bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements

·       Assist in GST and TDS compliance activities, including preparation and filing.

·       Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualification and Skills

·       Strong accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of core accounting principles.

·       CA/CMA (Article, Inter, or Final) students preferred. B.Com, M.Com, and MBA candidates with a commerce background are also eligible.

·       Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho Books, and other accounting software.

·       Freshers to 3 years of experience are welcome

·       Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.

·       Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn and grow.
