Job Description
v Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
v Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
v Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments to drive positive change.
v Analyze customer data to identify patterns and insights, and leverage this information to enhance customer relationship management strategies and optimize customer interactions.
v Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, logistics, and product development, to optimize the existing customer experience journey and ensure a seamless customer experience.
